Complete training and score a passing grade on a real-world test task in your specific track (e.g. a full week of branded captions, a 10-minute audio transcript, or an interactive web app).
Submit a minimum of two to three polished deliverables completed during the training. No theoretical work — only functional, verifiable samples ready for client review.
Complete your official candidate profile: verified skills, tools mastered, weekly availability, language proficiencies, and your benchmark commercial rate range.
Sign a legally binding professional agreement covering client data confidentiality, hard delivery deadlines, zero tolerance for plagiarism, and anti-circumvention rules.
Set up and authenticate your commercial bank account details with A&I Tech so milestone earnings and client retainers are disbursed cleanly upon sign-off.
Execute a real client brief under direct supervision by an A&I Tech senior mentor. Only candidates who successfully deliver earn the official “A&I Verified” listing.

Candidates who fail the graded track test are NOT listed on the platform. Instead, you receive detailed feedback on your gaps and can retake the assessment. This protects both your reputation and the network's credibility.
